What we collect and why

Through the forms on this site we collect your name, email address, any phone number you give us, and the content of your message. For applications we also collect the role and location you are interested in and any link to a CV or profile. We use this only to answer your request or review your application, and for any follow up that comes from it.

Browsing the site involves only the technical data needed for the pages to work. We do not use advertising or profiling tools.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you send a form, on pre contractual steps taken at your request, and on our legitimate interest in replying to the messages we receive.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, where a commercial relationship follows, for the period required by law. Applications are kept for up to twelve months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Who sees it

We do not sell or publish your data. It may be handled by the technical suppliers that run our email, our form service and the hosting of this site, appointed as data processors.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, or for it to be corrected, deleted or restricted, object to processing, and ask for your data to be transferred. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
